STARS® is proud to commence its joint R&D project with the University of Leeds in November 2022.
This food tech project will identify key whole food ingredients which can form the STARS® burger patty.
Dr Alan Alvarez Hernandez and his team will be leading the project from the University of Leeds School of Food Science with Adam Thorpe being project lead from STARS®.
